Joining our lively and committed team based in Liverpool, the role involves:

Key responsibilities:
 Manage and continually develop B2C website and sales portal
 Develop marketing strategies to drive B2C sales, to meet agreed sales targets
 Identify and manage third-party lead generation partner companies
 Plan and manage full digital marketing campaigns
 Monitor and analyse data related to marketing performance
 Manage social media content for the brands
 Produce reports on marketing activity and results
 Manage, develop and promote the brand, to build brand awareness
 Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns, focussed on digital first but also with traditional methods
 Assist with all areas of marketing, within the business as required

Key Traits of Potential Candidate:

 All round marketing experience with a digital-first approach
 Previous experience at a high level, in B2C marketing
 Experience in lead generation and marketing funnels
 Experienced in managing email marketing campaigns
 Experience in paid social media, creating ads, creating copy and managing budgets
 Stakeholder management experience and ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally
 Proactive approach to tasks, with a ‘can do’ attitude
 Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
 Self-motivation with strong organisational and time management skills
 Good IT skills including production, presentation and analysis of MI
 Ability to work under pressure and a desire to succeed
 Team player with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
