As a leading specialist in the provision of Industrial Disease Medical Reporting and a Tier 1 MedCo accredited MRO we offer a vast range of medico-legal services to support any size claim. We've been providing medical report services for nearly 30 years!

Through our nationwide network of specialist medical experts and our highly-skilled in-house team we’re able to facilitate a vast range of medical reports to support MedCo, Industrial Disease, Military Accidents and NIHL cases.

The role:

This is a key role within the business, acting as a point of contact between the business functions and our new and existing customer base; the telephone sales executive will be responsible for obtaining new business and managing a current customer portfolio with specific targets in line with agreed company strategies whilst professionally representing the company consistent with its brand.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have
  • Develop and maintain a new business sales plan targeting all routes to exceed budgeted new business targets. Plan to be agreed with the manager. Provide regular updates on the plan and any changes
  • Manage and maintain an existing customer and new business pipeline report (with an appropriate rating system) Provide regular updates and maintain a good understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Ensure you have full knowledge of all company services and products and understanding the sales propositions for each
  • Exceed key account customer and new business targets as set bi annually by the business
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
  • Deliver the sales process in a professional manner and close new opportunities (across existing and new accounts) in line with projections.
  • Manage all new business enquiries generated
  • Work closely with other members of the Sales Team to ensure a high level of service is achieved
  • Support and promote Marketing initiatives
  • Provide monthly reports updating activities, pipelines and meetings to management

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative, as well as an enthusiastic team player
  • Good problem solving skills


  • Telesales/sales knowledge desirable
  • Any related experience in the areas of the industry would be advantageous.
  • Any qualifications with a communication element.


  • 20 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays
