The role

We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic candidate to provide administration support on behalf of HDR solicitor clients. The position is based in our office in Liverpool City Centre.

Key tasks & responsibilities

  • Liaise with solicitors, clients and experts in a professional manner.
  • Input computerised data with speed and accuracy.
  • Meet productivity targets.
  • Liaise with clients and surveyors to arrange suitably convenient inspections.
  • Quality check HDR reports to strict criteria.
  • Assist in process improvement and the implementation of new processes.
  • Work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Keep up-to-date diaries and tasks.
  • Be consistent.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by management.

Personal specification

  • Customer focused, with great listening skills and a proactive approach to taking ownership of customer queries.
  • Computer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience of working on Proclaim is preferred.
  • Proactive mindset, with a willingness to be flexible, agile and react positively to change.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Polite and professional attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Enthusiastic team player.

Desired skills

  • Telephone experience, including both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Experience using the Proclaim case management system.
  • Experience dealing with housing condition claims.

Package

  • Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per year - DOE
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
