Very proffesional , pleasant and friendly . The only thing he didnt do was check the floor boards in the sitting room , the council had mentioned they are loose and need replacing also the a surveyor from Courmacs says the dam might be coming through the windows but the Council say it might be coming off the cladding or the pipework .

The gentleman how came to my home was helpful and helpful explained what he was there for and how it works.I let the gentleman get on with the work inside when he was finished inside he let me know he was going to do some work outside and then he would be finished. I was happy with everything .
