Before an expert can join our panel, our dedicated Supply Team carry out a full vetting process which includes checks against:

• Certification of expert qualifications against the GMC register
• Evidence of professional indemnity insurance
• ICO Registration
• Agreement to service requirements
• Medico legal experience
• Venue suitability
• Content of the Sample Medical Report

Continuous training is provided to all of our experts to ensure that we’re applying the highest level of knowledge to every case and our stringent recruitment policy guarantees that only the highest calibre of experts are welcomed onto our panel. 

 

Before a Chartered Surveyor can join our panel, our dedicated Supply Team carries out a comprehensive vetting process which includes checks against:

• Verification of qualifications and RICS membership where applicable
• Evidence of professional indemnity insurance
• ICO Registration
• Agreement to service requirements and reporting standards
• Housing Conditions Claims and property inspection experience
• Expert witness and Part 35 reporting experience where applicable
• Review of sample reports and photographic evidence standards

We work closely with our surveyors to ensure the highest standards of reporting, customer service and compliance are maintained at every stage of the process.

Through our stringent recruitment and vetting procedures, we ensure that only experienced, professional and highly competent surveyors are welcomed onto our panel.
