Mr Ramadan was absolutely amazing during my consultation, he was kind, courteous and gave me fantastic advice on how to deal with my injury. Ive felt a little lost since my accident on exactly what I shoukd be doing with my injury because of my condition and he was fantastic. They advised that he was running late so I prepared to wait for hours and hours. But I was only in the wait room for about 15min before I was seen which gave me plenty of time to fill out my forms. All in all I wouldn't say a pleasant experience because the examination was physically painful but Mr Ramadan did everything he could to make it as painless and stress free as possible. Also gave me plenty of opportunity to elaborate on how this has impacted me...
