MLA has a nationwide panel of Experienced Chartered Engineers who are members or fellows of the Institution of Civil Engineers and Structural Engineers.
The Expert will undertake a site inspection, review any previous Housing Condition Report produced, and report on the alleged structural defects, advise on the necessary remedial works required, the consequences and costs of these works and whether it is necessary to decant the property. The Structural Engineer will provide photographs of the defects, detail their findings within the Scott Schedule, outlining the prescribed hazards identified, the cause, remedial recommendation and cost of repairs.
