Azizur provided an excellent and highly professional service throughout his visit. He made the effort to call ahead before arriving, which was very considerate and helped us prepare in advance. Upon arrival, he was respectful, courteous, and approachable. He took the time to listen carefully to all of our concerns and answered every question we had with patience and clarity. We never felt rushed or dismissed at any point. Azizur carried out a thorough inspection of the property and clearly identified the work that needed to be carried out. He explained everything in detail, ensuring we fully understood the issues, the reasons behind them, and what actions would be required to resolve them. What really stood out was his clear communication. He talked us through each step of the process, explained what he was doing as he went along, and made sure we were comfortable and informed at all times. He worked diligently and did not rush the inspection, showing great attention to detail and professionalism throughout. Before leaving, he clearly outlined the next steps and what we should expect moving forward. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service provided.
