Erin McBride - Operations Director

With her years of experience in the PI sector, background as a solicitor, and time served as our Expert Liaison and Industrial Disease Manager before moving into operations, Erin was the clear choice to keep quality high as we branch out into new areas of operation.

Julie Usher - Commercial Director

Another long-serving member of the team, before joining MLA 6 years ago, Julie headed up Insurer Claims for a solicitors firm and spent 20 years as an associate dealing with claimant personal injuries.

It’s safe to say that when it comes to the PI side of our business, Julie knows her stuff!
