MLA continues to grow, and over recent months we have welcomed four new colleagues into key roles across data, marketing, business supply and business analysis.
Their experience and expertise will support the continued development of our services, systems and internal processes as the business moves forward.

Jonathan Woollacott – Data Analyst
Jonathan became part of the team in March, bringing experience in operations, project support and data analysis from roles at Lloyds, the Energy Ombudsman and St. James’s Place.
His role involves cleaning and structuring MLA’s data before presenting it in a way that helps teams work more efficiently. He will also support the introduction of new Power BI dashboards and greater automation across the business.
“One of my highlights so far has been developing the revised Military NIHL calculator and seeing it put into use – although winning the team bowling event is also up there.”

Erin Walker – Marketing Executive
April saw Erin take up the role of Marketing Executive, bringing more than 10 years of experience across agency and in-house positions, with a particular focus on B2B marketing.
After a few years agency-side, Erin was keen to return to an in-house environment where she could focus on one primary brand and work alongside a wider team towards shared goals. The opportunity to support a company with an established 36-year reputation made MLA a natural fit.
“I’ve really enjoyed attending a variety of events. It’s given me the opportunity to better understand our clients and the long-standing relationships MLA has built.

Paul Lewis – Business Analyst
Paul was also welcomed to MLA in July, with a career spanning IT support, project support, training and service improvement.
His previous roles include positions at Unilever, the NHS, The Very Group and within the healthcare sector. At MLA, he is analysing existing functions, roles and systems while supporting the move towards a simpler and more modern IT model.
“I’m looking forward to building my understanding of the business and using that insight to support the wider development of MLA’s IT systems.”
MLA’s continued growth…
These appointments strengthen the people, expertise and infrastructure behind MLA’s services at an important stage in the company’s development.
Jonathan, Erin, Kim and Paul each bring valuable experience and a fresh perspective to the business, and we look forward to seeing the impact of their work as MLA continues to grow.
