Having previously spent six years developing her career in Compliance, Kasie returns with a wealth of experience and some familiar faces to welcome her.

We caught up with her to find out what brought her back and what keeps her busy outside work.

What made you want to return to MLA?

In August 2026, I was ready for a new challenge and spotted an opportunity at MLA. Although I hadn’t worked specifically in Supply before, I’d worked closely with the team during my previous time here, so I knew it would be a good fit.

During my six years working in Compliance, I grew and developed, progressing to a Team Leader role with managerial responsibilities. Knowing that some of the lovely people I’d worked with were still here spoke volumes.

I was offered another job alongside the role at MLA - and here I am, back 12 years later. Which I think says everything about the company! 

What have you been doing since you last worked here?

Alongside raising my two children, I worked for TV Technologies. The company grew rapidly, which gave me the opportunity to work across several areas of the business.

My main responsibility was compliance, including gaining and maintaining health and safety and ISO accreditations. I also implemented onboarding processes for employees, customers, suppliers and subcontractors.

It was a varied role that gave me plenty of experience to bring back to MLA.

What do you enjoy doing outside work?

You’ll almost always find me beside a football pitch, cheering on my kids no matter the weather. They’ll always be my biggest achievement and what I’m most proud of.

I also love cooking for other people – it’s my love language and I find it really therapeutic.

And I love a good karaoke session, which some of my MLA colleagues will remember. Good luck getting the microphone off me!
